I skimmed over this article and enjoyed it. My favorite part was the sentence that said something like, "If you feel you need a science degree to pronounce the ingredient it's probably not good." It's totally true!

I would have put everything that began with 'articficial' in one category but I understand why she separated them. My thoughts about that: if it says artificial that means it's not real; which means it is not healthy for your body. I mean, seriously, the word 'articficial' is used more than describing food. In my mind it should not be in the same sentence as a food item. Why would I want to eat fake food? It reminds me of waxed fruit. They are artificial, so why not try and eat that? Ok, that was a bit extreme, but seriously, they are artificial!
